Article 1: Definitions

In the terms and conditions of delivery and payment the terms below are brought to your knowledge, taking into account that others are exceptionally indicated:

  • Cloud-Forge: The company under the trade name “Cloud-forge”, established in Vesoul 70000, 61, Rue Baron Bouvier (France)
  • The website: the cloud-forge website, and all underlying pages, with the exception of links.
  • Product: Article or articles that are concerned by an agreement between cloud-forge and the customer. Relating to an agreement agreed on the time granted to the customer for delivery, and for which the customer agrees to pay the agreed price.
  • Client: every natural person who commerces with cloud-forge.

Article 2: General

These conditions are subject to agreement of each promotion and / or offer, as well as each agreement concluded between Cloud-Forge and the Customer, as well as its execution.

Article 3: Price of products:

The prices are indicated VAT included. Prices subject to errors, printing faults and possible price increases.

Article 4: Shipping costs:

The shipping costs differ according to the total amount of the items ordered and the country of delivery.

Article 5: Delivery time:

The products are not always in stock. Upon receipt of payment, if the product is in stock, the package is immediately packaged. In the case where the product would not be in stock, it will be made on the day of order passed before noon (GMT + 1) or the next day no later than the case. We go to the post office as soon as the parcels are ready, the shipments are made in Colissimo (or letter followed for the smaller objects). From the start of a shipment, you receive an e-mail with a tracing link thanks to which you can follow the package until its delivery. The colissimo or the letters followed will be brought to your home on the first working day (France) or the third working day (Europe) following the care. If no one is at home, the deliveryman will leave a pass card in the mailbox. It will warn you that it has passed and give you the information needed to set a new delivery date. To be able to deliver a colissimo, the deliveryman sometimes needs a signature. So be careful to use an address where someone is present. Cloud-forge undertakes to do everything to make the delivery within the agreed deadlines. However, any exceedance of the delays signified on the site can not be a pretext for renunciation of the order.

Article 7: Promotions, offers and orders

  1. All promotions on the website are valid during the period when they are posted.
  2. Images, drawings, sizes, and weight of deliverables are as precisely as possible on the site. The photos are given for informational purposes and may contain items that are not included in the item displayed for the item. Cloud-forge will take great care to execute the orders and delivery of the property to the entirely its possibilities. Article 8: Agreement

  1. The agreement is of application when the customer has made a command, and that Cloud-Forge sent the client a confirmation of order by mail.

Article 9: Right of return

  1. For 30 days from the date of receipt of the product (s), the customer has the right, without having to be justified, to revoke the agreement. The customer will be required to pay the return costs of the product (s) and to inform by cloud-forge communication, by email and also indicate what the product concerned is. After sending this communication, the customer has 14 working days to return the product to Cloud Forge, 61 Rue Baron Bouvier 70000 Vesoul (France). The customer will receive within 14 working days after receipt of his request the reimbursement of the products concerned, subordinated to the state of the goods sent to Cloud Forge. In the send package, the customer will add a letter in which his name will be indicated, the order number and the customer number.
  2. If the client decides to return the product (s), the return fee will be charged, Cloud-Forge will not take these costs in the refund note. Any damage of any kind that would occur when returning will be borne by the customer.
  3. The same cloud-forge will accept the returns only if the products are in state appropriate to reset them:
  • Complete parcel
  • in original state
  • without a trace of use If sticky tape should be used to strengthen the package to return, please use transparent sticky paper. The product can be returned to sale. If possible, the package and its packaging will be packed in another box or paper covered.
  1. The right of reminder does not apply for products that have been sought for the customer or assembled. Similarly, the right of reminder is not applicable when purchasing products made on measures.

Article 10: Claim

  1. The Customer is required to check the visible defects, and / or whether the delivered object corresponds to the agreed agreement.
  2. Claims relating to visible defects and / or the absence of delivery relating to the invoice provide access to the right of return of goods within 14 days after delivery, to be submitted in writing.
  3. All claims, of any kind whatsoever may only give rise to the exchange of products, or the reasonable refund of the sums paid.

Article 11: Responsibility

Cloud-Forge can never be held responsible if the damage is attributed to an act of malicious, as well as the misuse that the customer has made the product delivered.

Article 12: Case of force majeure

  1. Cloud-forge can not be held responsible for all force majeure events. They exonerated the seller of any responsibility.
  2. If the case of force majeure lasts longer than two months, both parties are entitled to break the agreement concluded.

Article 13: Disputes

  1. All disputes, also those generated by one of the parties, will be debated in the courts on which it depends on Cloud-Forge.
  2. Each agreement concluded between Cloud Forge and the Customer will be, excluding another, subject to French regulations.

Article 14: Cookies
